Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary, but when you place an order with us, we will ship based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Once we ship your order, you will be notified via e-mail. Delivery time may be affected by weekends or holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Zip Codes. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.

Returns & Replacements

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.

To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
